Having successfully delivered job readiness training to over 1,000 Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander individuals and supported them into meaningful employment opportunities, we are unwavering in our commitment to reconciliation and realising the full potential of Australia’s First People.

At 4U Foundation, we provide businesses with the tools and resources needed to contribute to ‘Closing the Gap’ in Australia. Our comprehensive consulting services encompass culturally appropriate consultancy, inclusive planning, recruitment expertise, accredited and non-accredited training, and dedicated mentoring.

We work to understand the individual and dynamic environments in which our clients operate, ensuring that our service delivery model strengthens and supports their established operations. With a database of over 500 registered First Nations job seekers that we have trained and mentored ensuring they are work ready, 4U Foundation can offer you skilled Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander employees on a temporary, contract or permanent basis across a range of role classifications and types.

PRE-EMPLOYMENT TRAINING

4U Foundation flagship Empowered ā€˜U’ Pre-Employment program is a high-impact tailored job ready program delivered over 10 days that provides the required skills, experience and understandings required to enter the workforce. All candidates that are placed into employment through these initiatives are offered ongoing mentoring and support. The Empowered ā€˜U’ Pre-Employment Program encompasses the following job ready skill set:

4U Foundation works closely with employers to design more tailored programs that meet the needs of the employer, which often includes accredited training. 4U Foundation has developed a partnership with the Western Training team to design and deliver accredited training. For a number of years, 4U Foundation has been highly successful in sourcing, training and placing large numbers of Aboriginal employees into industries such as:
